For App Store subscriptions, billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple account. VLV support can still help you find the right place to manage the subscription.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed by Apple. To cancel or change a plan, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.

Account Help

Email support with the issue, device type, app version, and the email address used for the VLV account. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Bug Reports

Include what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, and screenshots if helpful. The more specific the report, the faster it can be investigated.

Training & AI Features

Vaulty AI is designed to support planning, substitutions, meals, and recovery decisions. For injuries, pain, or medical concerns, use a qualified professional.

Privacy Requests

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app at Settings → Delete Account. For data access, correction, or any other privacy request, email support with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Feature Requests

Send ideas for new tools, drills, training flows, or app improvements. VLV is built around the needs of offensive linemen.
